We are seeking a highly motivated and forward‑thinking Physiotherapist to join our expanding practice in Elmsdale, Nova Scotia. This position is ideal for a clinician who excels in patient care and is also interested in contributing to the strategic direction and long‑term success of the business.
About the Position
The successful candidate will:
Deliver comprehensive, evidence‑based physiotherapy services to a diverse caseload
Participate in clinical program development and service expansion
Contribute to operational planning, quality improvement, and strategic initiatives
Collaborate closely with leadership to shape the clinic’s future direction
Have opportunities to take on enhanced responsibilities aligned with their interests, including mentorship, management, or business development
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
Registration with the Nova Scotia Regulator of Physiotherapy
Have demonstrated commitment to professional excellence and continuous learning
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership potential
Interest in business operations, clinic growth, or future partnership opportunities
