Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home physiotherapy assessments and treatments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, and function
  • Educate clients and caregivers to support independence and safety at home
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and document care
  • Provide compassionate, client-centered care

Qualifications

Required:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
  • Registered Physiotherapist in Nova Scotia
  • Valid Canadian driver’s license
  • Reliable vehicle

Preferred:

  • Geriatric and/or neurological experience
  • Experience working in community or home care settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in ongoing professional development
