We are a small multidisciplinary clinic, privately owned by a physiotherapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments or disabilities. This role involves working in a collaborative environment to enhance patient recovery and improve their quality of life. The Physiotherapist will work closely with patients of all ages. We have PTAs available in our clinic.

Duties

Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and functional abilities.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and self-care techniques.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices and medical terminology.

Skills

Proficient in medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy and patient care.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities to adapt treatment plans based on patient progress.
Compassionate approach towards patient care, fostering a supportive environment for recovery.

Compensation: negotiable between hourly rate or percent renumeration per client.
