Comprehensive Benefits:
Competitive salary with bonus structure: $79,043 - $91,523
Paid mileage.
Generous time off: 2 weeks vacation, 11 statutory holidays, 5 sick days, and 7 flexible unpaid days.

Your Role:
As our Community Care Leader, you'll be the vital link between PhysioCare At Home and the communities we serve. You'll build trust, foster relationships in the community, and deliver exceptional in-home rehabilitation. You'll manage a caseload of approximately 5-8 client visits per day.
We're Looking For:
Master's degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
Current registration with the Nova Scotia College of Physiotherapists.
Experience in geriatric or neurological rehabilitation.
Knowledge of public and private healthcare systems.
A genuine passion for serving seniors.
Dynamic & confident communication skills.
A commitment to professional growth.
A reliable vehicle and cell phone.
