What You Will Do

Responsibilities:

• Receive referrals for Physiothherapy services from our four growing teams of multi-disciplinary professionals for patients needing treatment for pelvic floor related issues
• Perform services under the scope of physiotherapy including but not limited to: Assessment, treatment and reporting
• Work directly with clients in one-on-one sessions to implement treatment programs with the goal of attaining full function
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals using our innovative holistic collaborative care model
• Maintain client records of sessions and plans and prepare documentation required by insurers and third parties payers
• Participate in staff meetings and clinical rounds
• Participate in community events and outreaches
   

What You Need

Qualifications:
New graduates are encouraged to apply!

• Graduate of a Physiotherapy degree program.
• License from and in good standing with the Nova Scotia Regulator of Physiotherapy
• Experience or education in treating clients in an outpatient setting is considered an asset
• An appreciation for a holistic approach to health care that emphasizes a whole-person perspective to care
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with other health care professionals
• A commitment to ongoing professional development
